When I was nearly out as a physician I saw an eight year old girl literally covered in psoriasis, from scalp to toes. She was teased at school, which broke my heart, and had tried every conventional care plan with her pediatrician and had no success. They were now thinking of putting her on methotrexate, a very strong drug as their last resort. So, her mother brought her to me.
